Activity description: The Cocoa Ceremony is an ancient ritual that involves the conscious consumption of pure cocoa as a tool to achieve a state of mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. During the ceremony, cocoa is consumed in a special form, often mixed with natural ingredients such as spices and herbs, while participants engage in meditations, prayers, sharing and mindfulness practices. This ritual aims to create an environment of connection, openness and healing, facilitating a deep sense of presence and connection with oneself, others and the world around us.
