Both Eastern and Western cultures have placed the roots of the universe in the four natural elements ~ earth, water, fire, air ~ connecting the principle of life to them. From the interaction and balance of these would originate all the phenomena of the cosmos.

For Design Week 2022, Giardino Dei Visionari takes you on a discovery of the four elements with four events that will transform the most exclusive locations in Milan into temples of music and spirituality. Like the most ancient peoples, through music, we will welcome the energy of earth, water, fire and air and abandon ourselves to the sounds of the world.

🜃 EARTH~TUESDAY 7 JUNE

The earth, solid and luxuriant, symbolizes the primordial matter, welcomes life and nourishes it. The earth is the raw material, the atavistic power, the abundance.

Yoga in the meadow and opening meditation with Meg, make-up artist, tarot cards with Bach Flowers, henna, aperitif with cocktails from around the world, Ladidà Handcrafted exhibition, Wabiplanet exhibition.

▽ WATER~THURSDAY 9 JUNE

Water, the source of life, from the source becomes a stream, then a river until it reaches the sea, overcoming the obstacles it encounters on its way, reaching the depths of the earth. Water is adaptability, flowing, overcoming obstacles, birth, the dream world.

Exhibitions, video projections and live painting, opening meditation, make-up artist, tarot cards, hand reading.

Fire, a purifying and vivifying element, contains within itself the principle of life, which springs from its energy. Fire is light, flame, sun.

Fire ceremony, drums, opening meditation, make-up artist, tarot cards.

The intangible air is the vital energy that we breathe, without which it would not be possible to live. The air is the cosmic breath, the wind, the thought.
